01

Project forms

Project details are used to review and respond to an inquiry.

02

AI assistant

AI chat is processed to answer questions and prepare an optional project summary.

03

Analytics

Optional analytics loads only after consent when it is configured for the live website.

04

No ad profiles

This website does not use the project form to build advertising profiles.

Information We Handle

The site only needs information connected to the experience you choose to use.

Different parts of the website handle different types of information.

Project inquiry data

Name, email, project description and any optional company, timeline, website, support type, phone or preferred-contact information you choose to provide.

AI conversation data

The messages you send to the AI assistant and an optional editable Project Summary created from that conversation.

Technical operation data

The server may process normal request information needed to deliver the website, enforce basic rate limits and maintain security. The current lead sheet does not intentionally store visitor IP addresses.

Analytics data

If Google Analytics is configured and you choose Allow analytics, the analytics service may collect usage information according to its own service terms and settings.

Project Inquiries

Contact information is for real project follow-up.

When you submit the project form, the website backend validates the request and forwards the submitted details to a private Google Sheet through Google Apps Script. An email notification may also be sent to the configured project-contact inbox.

The form includes spam protection and submission limits. The project data is not treated as a public portfolio submission and is not shown publicly by the website.

AI Assistant

The AI assistant is a guide — not Zakaria.

The assistant uses a curated public knowledge base about Zakaria, published projects, services and approved Insights. It is instructed not to invent pricing, availability, performance metrics or private client information.

AI chat is processed through the Gemini service configured for the website. Depending on the service tier and Google terms active at deployment, Google may process submitted AI content under its applicable policies. Do not put passwords, payment details, confidential business secrets, government IDs or other sensitive information into AI chat.

The AI-generated Project Summary stays editable. A visitor reviews it before moving to the Contact page. The assistant never represents an AI-generated summary as a human review by Zakaria.

Optional Analytics

Analytics is off until you choose it.

The launch build supports Google Analytics only when a valid Measurement ID is configured on the server. The analytics script is not loaded before consent. If no Measurement ID is configured, no analytics-consent banner is shown and the site continues to work normally.

Services Used

The current architecture uses a small number of external services.

Google Gemini

Processes AI-assistant requests when the AI feature is used.

Google Sheets / Apps Script

Receives project-inquiry records and can send lead-notification emails.

Google Analytics

Optional. Loads only after consent when a Measurement ID is configured.

Retention & Requests

Keep what is needed for follow-up, remove what is no longer needed.

Project inquiries may be retained for business follow-up, project evaluation and reasonable record keeping. They should be reviewed and removed when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

You can use the Contact page to request access, correction or deletion of information you previously submitted, subject to applicable requirements and legitimate record-keeping needs.

Security

Secrets stay on the server — not in browser code.

Gemini keys, lead-webhook URLs and webhook secrets are read from server environment variables. The browser calls same-origin website endpoints instead of receiving those secrets directly. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, so sensitive information should not be submitted through AI chat.

Your Choices

The core site works without optional analytics.

  1. Use the website without accepting analytics.
  2. Reopen Privacy Settings from the footer and change your analytics choice.
  3. Use the direct project form instead of AI.
  4. Avoid adding sensitive or confidential information to the AI assistant.
  5. Request correction or deletion through the Contact page.
